*Only upon full payment will your booth slot be confirmed. We also practice a strictly no refunds policy. In any case, we are able to extend a credit note where your fee paid may be used in a different event.


Crucial Points to take note of : 


*We provide a 1m x 0.7m fold-able table (or equivalant space) and 2 chairs. If you need more space, let us know and we will see what we can do. If we don’t have extra furniture to loan, please proceed to bring your own. 


*Please bring your own table cloth. 


*If you need a power outlet, please let us know in advance. You will need to bring your own extension cords. 


*We don’t have chillers on site. If you need, please bring your own chiller boxes.


*For pop-ups at Crane Joo Chiat, please pack up your items by 6pm as they will be moved into storage in preparation for our evening events. Do not leave any valuables behind. The storage area is outdoors, but sheltered. If you have temperature-sensitive products, please bring them home with you!


*Please note that no refunds are allowed. If you are unable to attend the market for any reason, please look for a replacement who can assist you. 


*We don’t guarantee attendee numbers and footfall largely depends on collective marketing by the whole group of vendors. We also do our own marketing, but people attend because of the vendors who are there, so we encourage everyone to invite and tap on their network. 


*We don’t release a layout plan in advance. Crane will plan the layout according to the flow and types of vendors and brands present, to create the best experience possible. 


*We hope vendors and brands understand that when we run a market, we do it to support a community of small business owners who don’t have their own retail space and want extra exposure. There is a cost to doing so, and we have to charge a fee for it. However, there are many factors out of our control. Brands must also do their part to market well and use this as a chance for their customers to see and feel their products, and not just rely on walk-by traffic as that is not targeted enough. 


*Crane also has a no-drama policy. We don’t tolerate vendors and brands who create drama for all, or complain about everything. Most likely, we won’t invite these brands back, as markets are all about gathering people with positive vibes and good spirits. 


*Typically, sales are best when vendors are cheerful, optimistic, smiley and helpful. We highly encourage vendors and/or sales reps to bring their smiles and a friendly disposition!
