Crucial Points to Take Note Of:
-
Payment Policy: Only upon full payment will your booth slot be confirmed. We also practice a strictly no refunds policy. However, we are able to extend a credit note where your fee paid may be used in a different event.
-
Furniture & Space: We provide a 1.2 x 0.7m table and 2 chairs per booth. If you need more space, let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we don’t have extra furniture to loan, please bring your own.
-
Chillers: We don’t provide chillers. If necessary, please bring your own chiller boxes.
-
Refunds & Absences: No refunds will be provided. If you’re unable to attend the market, please find a replacement who can assist in running your booth.
-
Footfall & Marketing: We do not guarantee attendee numbers. Footfall is largely influenced by collective marketing efforts from the entire group of vendors. While we engage in our own marketing, successful turnout is often driven by vendors promoting the event to their own networks.
-
Layout: Crane will plan the layout on-site according to the flow and variety of vendors to optimise the event experience. We don’t release a layout plan in advance.
-
Community Support: Our markets are designed to help small businesses gain exposure and connect with customers who may not otherwise encounter their products. There are costs associated with running these markets, which is why we charge a fee. However, vendors must also play an active role in marketing their brand, rather than relying solely on walk-by traffic.
-
No Drama Policy: Crane maintains a no-drama policy. Vendors or brands that cause disruptions or complain excessively will not be invited back. Our markets are all about fostering positive energy and collaboration.
-
Sales Tips: Vendors who bring a cheerful, welcoming attitude tend to see the best results. We highly encourage vendors or their representatives to be friendly and approachable during the market!
